A. A Message In Time can be used as a message service to deliver messages to loved ones now, or far into the future. Set up birthday wishes, holiday greetings, or whatever special days you desire. We will hold your messages and deliver them to your loved ones on the dates and times of your choosing. Best of all, our service is FREE. |

| Q. What if my child or loved one doesn't have an email address?
A. There are many free email services such as Gmail and Yahoo!. Below are links to some popular free email services. Click on a link and follow the instructions. Please note: you are responsible for providing the account credentials (email address, password, etc.) to your loved one.

| Q. Can I use your service to deliver messages to myself?
A. Absolutely!! Need to send a reminder to yourself about an upcoming event or anniversary? No problem. Simply add yourself to your contact list. |

| Q. Can I use your service as a journal?
A. Yes!! This idea was from some of our very first users. "I write a message for my son once each day. I have the default set so that he will receive each message exactly 35 years from the date it was written. He will receive them once a day as if he is reading my journal in sequence." We love to hear about the creative ways people use our service. |

A. Yes! You can insert links to your pictures and videos. There are many free sites that will host your pictures and videos like Flickr, YouTube and Vimeo. |
